Nice to get a less windy day, only F6.
First day with new MA1000 front foil, and paired with 232 (no shims). Big chop and gusty so always a challenge. Needed more speed and power than I expected to fly, and didn't expect take-off had to be that gradual. Also harder to pump in lulls as cannot bounce out of water as it stalls, so need to use pumps solely to build speed and get front foot pressure on earlier.
Coming in was fine, though going out harder to get pitch control, and also side-to-side stability as expected. Goes upwind well. Felt stab might be too bit, and rather than shim 232 will go to HA195 next, if a nice sea.
